Our office is committed to becoming advocate for marginalized groups who have experienced injustice by supporting them thorough direct or indirect action. We believe that at the core of social justice is the need to protect, defend, and respond for those groups who ordinarily cannot do so for themselves. We will coalesce with other organizations and individuals by lending morale, intellectual and scholarly support.
In 2012 through our office students created the short film "Awaiting Justice" highlighting the 1998 case in Little River County against Tim Howard. He was found guilty of capital murder and was sentenced to death and thirty years in prison.
